The All-Pro Adjustable Pediatric Ankle Weight is a single cuff weight designed especially for children. This adapted ankle weight is fully adjustable and padded for comfort. The All-Pro Adjustable Pediatric Ankle Weight can be adjusted to weigh up to 2 pounds using the included non-toxic 2.7 ounce iron rods, up to a maximum of 12 rods. The weighted rods slip securely into a fabric sleeve made of a durable nylon fabric. First, select the weight desired and lift the flap covering the weight pouch to add or remove weights as needed. Next, replace the flap cover over the weights and pull apart the hook and loop fastener. Then wrap the ankle weight around ankle with the weight pouch to the rear and the hook and loop fastener to the front and press fastener in place.
