The So-Secure Adult Swim Brief is a containment swim diaper for adults dealing with incontinence. This washable undergarment made of 4 way stretch polyurethane fabric with soft fleece lining is designed to be worn next-to-skin under a swim suit. The So-Secure Adult Swim Brief was developed for active adults who wish to swim or for people who need to take aquatic therapy. The garment is worn under a swimsuit. When adjusted comfortably and securely as possible, it provides the user superior protection and peace of mind. The swim diaper was designed mainly for bowel incontinence, and it also provides a certain amount of protection for urinary leakage. No garment is totally watertight, but the So-Secure Swim Brief provides better protection than other swim diapers. Hook and loop side closures allow the user to adjust the sizing and to completely open the garment flat to make dressing easier. Full elastic around the waist and legs provide added security. The swim brief is for men and women. To determine the correct size, measure the waist and hip and choose the larger size. If the measurements are at the higher end of a size range, don’t go to a larger size. To measure rise, begin about 1 inch below the belly button, measure down through the legs, and up to the position on the back that matches the starting position on the front. Fully adjustable So-Secure Swim Brief garments are very stretchy and should fit very snug. It is important to purchase the right size, and keep it as snug as possible using the adjustable closures.
