The Stamina Conversion II Recumbent Bike and Rower is designed for the user to be in a semi-reclined position for pedaling, and provides back support for rowing. This dual position recumbent bike and rowing machine features silent magnetic resistance, hand-grip pulse sensors for heart rate training and motivational monitor data. The Stamina Conversion II looks like a standard rower, with a molded, adjustable foam-padded seat and seat back, rotating rowing pedals, and an extruded aluminum rowing beam. The recumbent bike seat provides lower back support, and foot straps securely hold feet in place for pedaling. The top bar provides upper body workout options such as bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, and forearm curls. The electronic monitor with large LCD display tracks speed, time, calories, distance, and more. Eight levels of smooth, quiet magnetic resistance provide a variety of workout intensity levels.
