The Stamina InStride® Folding Cycle is a lightweight and portable exercise peddler that has been recommended for people with arthritis. This cycle can be used for a lower body workout when placed on the floor for the user to pedal with their feet, or it can be used for an upper body workout when placed on a desk or tabletop for the user to pedal with their hands. The InStride Folding Cycle has a large, easy to grasp, tension control that allows the user to vary the workout intensity. The pedals are weighted pedals to keep them in the upright position, making it easier for the user to place their feet or hands on the pedals. The adjustable foot straps with Velcro® closure hold the users feet in place on the pedals during downstroke and upstroke. This compact, lightweight cycle can be easily folded for storing or transporting from home to an office, or on vacation. The battery-operated electronic monitor keeps the time of the workout to provide motivation. Four sturdy, non-slip rubber feet prevent the cycle from slipping.
