The Stamina Avari® Height Adjustable Height Treadmill with magnetic resistance provides a smooth, quiet workout without the need for an electrical outlet. This incline adjustable treadmill is designed for small workout areas and home use for walking, jogging or running. This adjustable height treadmill has dual weighted flywheels for smooth workouts without electrical power or motor. Three levels of incline allow the user to vary their workout and challenge muscles in different ways. The lowest setting is an 8 degree incline, the middle setting is a 6 1/2 degree incline, and the highest setting is a 5 degree incline. This easy to use treadmill also provides eight levels of resistance for a customized workout program. The InTouch® Fitness Monitor tracks workout time, speed, distance, total distance, calories burned, and scans with simple, three-button control.
